Safety Factor 8:1 Australian Standard 1-12T Polyester Flat Webbing Sling AS1353.1
Webbing slings have become an essential tool in various rigging and lifting applications, offering a strong and reliable solution for transporting and supporting heavy loads. Made from high-strength synthetic fibers, webbing slings are designed to withstand significant tensile forces while maintaining flexibility and durability.
One of the key advantages of webbing slings is their versatility. They can be used in a wide range of scenarios, from construction sites to industrial manufacturing facilities. Whether it’s lifting heavy machinery, securing cargo during transportation, or suspending lighting fixtures in a theater, webbing slings provide a safe and effective means of support.
Australia requires higher standard than that for Europe on webbing sling, Welldone webbing slings are manufactured from high quality polyester fibers to comply with the requirements of AS 1353 Parts 1 & 2 with the safety factor of 8:1.
Welldone flat webbing sling is made of 100% high tension industrial polyester yarn, it is an all-purpose lifting sling, which is both high strong and non-damaging to its load. Extremely light in weight and infinitely flexible in all directions, it is easy and quick to manipulate even when awkwardly shaped or fragile loads are being lifted. Double (duplex) ply webbing provides the most economic strength to width ratio. Each eye is finished in a becket format with polyester reinforcing. All slings are colour coded to match their corresponding WLL.
