• Product Description

Round sling is also know as pipe sling, tubular sling, an indispensable tool in lifting applications.

Since the core yarns are not directly in contact with the load there is no loss of strength from abrasion to the sling cover.

Endless round slings and eye & eye round slings are extremely similar, with identical rated capacities, the compatibility with all sling types, and the same standard color coded jacket system.

Endless configurations enable the user to rotate hook and load contact points, resulting in increased sling longevity.

Because the sling body is soft and pliable, it will not choke lock, hindering removal.

Multiple polyester round sling are manufactured simultaneously, resulting in increased production efficiency and cost savings, when compared to equivalent strength webbing sling.

The endless round slings from Qingdao Welldone are manufactured to EN1492-2 from high tenacity polyester yarn encased in a colour coded tubular sleeve of durable woven polyester fabric. The sleeve is constructed to protect the internal rows of yarn filament and keep them in a parallel formation at all times.

When choosing capacity ensure that you consider the lifting method being used.

Effective working length (EWL) = circumference/2.

• Cautions:

1. Never use slings with damages or defects.
2. Do not use slings without clear identifications.
3. Before use,check WLL, EWL and working position
4. Never knot round sling.
5. Consider using wear sleeves to protect the sling and prolong it’s working life.
6. Use the correct mode factor and check lifting angle before use.
7. Trapping the sling when lowering the load should be avoided.
8. Never use sling under 40°C or more than 180°C.
9. Stitching should never be placed over hooks or other lifting devices.
10. Sling should be stored in dry and clear conditions.Away from heat sources or direct sunlight and UV rays.
11. In case of chemical attack,please check with the manufacturer.
