Flat Webbing Sling is the most common kind of webbing sling, has the maximum load more than 30 tons, effective length up to 100 meters, normally safety factor can be 5:1, 6:1, 7:1 or 8:1. Webbing slings are not to be confused with round slings, an endless loops of yearn covered by a woven tubular sleeve.

Type 3 flat eye & eye nylon lifting sling are designed with a flat eye on each end that make them versatile enough for use in a basket hitch, choker hitch, or vertical hitch.

Type 4 twisted eye & eye nylon lifting sling have eyes on each end like a type 3 sling, but the loops have a twisted design, which creates a right angle to the body of the sling. This twist allows the sling to fit more snug against crane hooks. While this twisted eye sling works well with a basket hitch and vertical hitch, it’s most suitable for use with choker hitches.

All of our flat web slings are made to industry standards in a heavy-duty, 9,800 lbs. per inch industrial grade webbing. Every sling has a clear label sewn in that contains the WLL for vertical, basket and choker hitch applications.
